School of Arabic is hiring DM Appointment Setters to speak with warm leads who have already shown interest in learning Arabic and Islamic education.

Your role is to start conversations, qualify serious prospects, follow up consistently, and book qualified people onto sales calls. You are not responsible for closing the sale.

About the Role

This is not cold outreach.

School of Arabic generates leads from people who are already interested in learning Qur’anic Arabic. Most conversations will happen through Instagram DMs, warm leads, and inbound enquiries.

You will follow our scripts, ask the right questions, keep conversations organised, and help suitable prospects take the next step by booking a call with the sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Speaking to leads through DMs
  • Qualifying potential students
  • Following up with leads
  • Booking qualified prospects onto sales calls
  • Keeping lead information organised
  • Working towards daily outreach and appointment targets

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through consistently, and represents School of Arabic with professionalism and good Islamic manners.

You should have:

  • Strong written English
  • Confident, respectful communication
  • Consistency with daily follow-up
  • Good organisation
  • Coachability and willingness to learn
  • A strong work ethic
  • Good Islamic manners

Previous appointment-setting or sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Arabic is not required.

Pay & Opportunity

This is a commission-based role.

  • Commission: 10% on sales generated from your booked calls
  • Programme price: £1,600 per year
  • Commission per sale: £160
  • OTE: £1,000–£3,000+ per month depending on performance
  • Hours: Flexible
